What is Nivo?

Nivo is a free, secure messaging app that lets you message and send documents to your provider quickly and securely.

Methods such as posting in documents or sending via email or WhatsApp are unsecure and time consuming, leaving you open to cyber crime and delays with your application. With Nivo, you can message your financial provider with the convenience of a messaging app on your device, but with bank standard security.

The way you message on Nivo is very similar to something like WhatsApp or text messaging, but when you do it in Nivo, you can remain assured that your sensitive information will remain secure and safe.

The Nivo App is free to download, and in addition to messaging, your provider may also ask you to do an ID Check, upload and send files, sign documents, or even connect your bank transactions via OpenBanking.
